We have an immediate opening for a passionate and motivated Customer Service Rep. Excellent customer service is something that we pride ourselves on and take very seriously. As we continue to experience rapid growth within our sales divisions, it is important that we build a customer service team to help manage relationships and any issues that arise in timely and professional manner. This position will be responsible for supporting the sales team with the creation and update of all sales orders/quotes, the scheduling and preparation of all documents for freight shipments, working seamlessly with our warehouse on the shipment of all orders from the consumer, retail and contract sectors. This position requires a detail and timeline oriented person who works well under pressure and has passion for problem solving as well as building and maintaining relationships.
