BarCoded FitTech is building a smartwatch-first performance analytics platform for elite strength and conditioning coaches. We turn mobile and wearable training data into real-time insights that help coaches, athletes, and teams better understand performance, training quality, and progress. We are looking for a Canada-based Mobile-Focused Full Stack Developer to help shape the mobile and wearable experience across React Native, iOS, Android, Apple Watch, and WearOS. This is an equity-only role initially, with salary planned after funding milestones are reached. It is best suited for someone who understands early-stage startup risk, wants meaningful product ownership, and is excited to help build a sports technology company from an early stage.
