We also offer a series of prebuilt chatbots that integrate seamlessly into the client’s own IM channel to provide a self-service experience for applications such as answering frequently asked questions, creating support tickets or taking customer surveys.
We also provide an increasingly powerful and evolving analytics platform that deploys the data from the conversations via our platform to allow our clients to more rigorously understand the behavior and preferences of their customers.
