We automate claims handling and connect suppliers to insurers via a partner ecosystem.

We use machine learning to identify the genome of risky claims (e.g. propensity for fraud, likelihood of litigation, personal injury etc.). We select the least risky claims and settle these without the need for human intervention. We built this tool because we realised that senior claims handlers are wasting time reviewing hundreds of simple claims per month that take 10 to 15 minutes each to review.

Repairs for simple claims are handled on a supplier marketplace to ensure quality and price transparency.

We earn a fee from the insurer for use of our machine learning tool and keep a portion of the total value of the repair sourced via the marketplace
