We have developed mobile and web apps that are hosted on a HIPAA platform to help capture LIVE patient data. Patient Profile Matrix is our data warehouse that assist caregivers to better understand their patients’ progress and patterns.

We are focus on B2B that follows a SaaS model tailored for transitional care facilities that run 30-90 days recovery programs. We offer a transitional platform that empowers healthcare providers and patients with the 3 basic pillars that one finds at hospitals - Comprehension, Communication, and Collaboration. We are adding a COVID-19 module to our platform to better serve healthcare providers. Our current customer base are nursing and behavioral facilities that can use our apps at a reduced cost or free for six months.
