Outcomes.com is a software platform that enables clinicians to routinely track their patients before, during or after major treatment/surgery. Specifically we’re focused on capturing and using patient-reported outcomes - the functional status, symptoms and quality-of-life as experienced by the patient - in most cases the most important measure of a treatment outcome yet the least represented by current quality metrics (mortality rates, infection rates, readmission, patient satisfaction).

We make it incredibly easy to start capturing this data from patients over time, at scale and with automation. We process the data and visualize it in real-time, extracting insights that provide real clinical utility and help providers quantitatively demonstrate patient-centered outcomes to payers (eg. Medicare). Clinical use cases include identifying patients at risk of readmission, areas for quality improvement and helping patients understand their likely outcomes with real-world data.
