Jobs at Arrow North Design

We’re currently hiring for three roles: UX/UI Design Intern – A part-time, education-focused internship ideal for design students who are eager to apply design thinking to real projects and grow through mentorship and feedback. Product Designer – A full-time role for a hands-on designer who can translate research into innovative, user-centered solutions. You'll work closely with the Creative Director on everything from early concepts to high-fidelity design for SaaS, mobile, and deep tech clients. Software Engineer Intern – A remote role for someone who’s fluent in modern languages and frameworks, excited about building software that solves real problems, and ready to collaborate across disciplines. Across all roles, we look for curiosity, initiative, and a strong learning mindset. You don’t need to have it all figured out — but you do need to care about quality, communicate well, and be open to feedback. We value people who take ownership, push ideas forward, and want to grow with a team that’s collaborative, remote-first, and focused on meaningful work.
