• <1 years of cold calling experience--with a preference for SMB SaaS, ideally experience selling to restaurants, fitness studios, or other small businesses, OR you're a recent college grad who hasn't done tech sales, yet.

• Support our operators by delivering timely feedback that empowers our teams and internal partners to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Evangelize our customers and turn our disgruntled guests into our biggest fans.

Be THE leader in technical customer support
Help lead the design, architecture, and execution of incoming customer migrations
