Anise Operations Advisors is building AI automation for independent insurance agencies. We turn the emails and documents agencies receive every day into completed work that account managers can review and use.

Our first focus is commercial insurance renewals: reading policies and quotes, identifying changes and missing information, and preparing clear comparisons and proposals. The broader vision is to support the full range of agency operations, including document management, client communications, and routine follow-up.

We bring commercial insurance expertise, detailed workflows, and early agency interest to the build. The technical challenge is turning that knowledge into reliable software that handles complex documents, recognizes uncertainty, and fits naturally into an agency’s working day.

We’re at an early stage, so the people joining us will have a direct role in shaping the product and how we build it. We’re looking for practical builders who enjoy solving real business problems, take responsibility for their work, and want to help grow a company from its first customers.
