Technical Co-Founder

Here's the pitch:

I’m Patrick McKee, founder of Anise Operations Advisors. We’re building an AI hub specifically for commercial insurance account managers, the people who keep a retail insurance agency running.

I’m a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), with a background in agency leadership, sales, and technology services. I know this work firsthand: account managers coordinate renewals, service requests, documents, carrier communications, and client follow-up. They sit at the center of agency operations, yet much of their day is spent moving information between emails, files, and disconnected systems.

That is where Anise starts. Our product is designed as an extension of the account manager, bringing their work into one hub that understands the account, tracks what needs to happen, and prepares work for their review. Renewal comparisons, proposals, document organization, and follow-up are connected parts of that experience. The opportunity is to support the person responsible for the entire workflow.

I’m actively building the product, and we have pilot customers and early revenue. We’re already working with agency email access and turning incoming emails and documents into workflow deliverables. We’re bootstrapped and have not raised seed funding.

I’m looking for a technical cofounder who wants to help shape the product and build the company with me. You would lead engineering and architecture, bringing strong product judgment and the ability to turn working pilots into reliable software. I’ll lead go-to-market, sales, partnerships, and customer relationships, while contributing the insurance expertise and detailed understanding of the workflows.
