• Design and build framework-agnostic UI components that serve product teams working across multiple frontend technologies simultaneously
• Drive adoption of the design system across the product engineering organization, consulting with teams and unblocking migration efforts

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization dedicated to the Institutional segment
• Establish clear engineering goals, operational metrics, and delivery standards aligned with company objectives and create a high-performing engineering culture

• Drive the annual and in-year GTM planning cycle, including revenue planning by market/geo/product, capacity and headcount planning, market segmentation, quota design, and margin planning
• Translate company targets into bottoms-up revenue plans with clear market, segment, and channel assumptions that align Sales, Finance, and executive leadership

• Build and scale a comprehensive platform, formalizing and optimizing data analytics across teams
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements, and architect solutions for sophisticated data and workflow challenges

• Own product strategy end-to-end for the Files Platform, from migration completion through next-generation search, metadata, sharing, workflow, and API capabilities
• Drive product discovery across user groups (advisors, operations, end clients, API consumers, internal teams) and translate findings into a prioritized roadmap

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists, supporting career development, delivering regular feedback, and helping individuals thrive in their role
• Manage a team’s work allocation, prioritization, and execution to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery

• Sales Process Support: Serve as the product domain expert, supporting Account Executives and their prospects throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
• Technical Consultation: Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers and prospects, clearly highlighting Addepar's differentiating advantages and capabilities over competitors.

• Strategic advisory: Act as the lead domain authority for fund managers, institutional allocators, and OCIOs. Partner with Account Executives to design complex deal structures and multi-year expansion roadmaps.

• Build & own entire services end-to-end that can scale at the enterprise level Addepar serves

• Serve as a "player/coach" who will contribute to and supervise a team of Portfolio Data Analysts across the US
• Develop and maintain effective process controls and accurate metrics to ensure quality standards and organisational expectations are met

• Collaborate multi-functionally with Product, Client Solution teams, and other engineering teams to deliver holistic client onboarding solutions
• Write well-designed and tested code to solve complex engineering problems

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing and GTM strategy for native AI solutions and workflows in alignment with company and platform goals
• Manage the product and feature launch process for new AI and agent capabilities in collaboration with Product, Marketing and GTM teams, ensuring successful market entry and immediate user adoption

• Design and build distributed microservice components in Addepar’s calculation engine - a data intensive application
• Scale our Java-based calculation engine to 100x larger workloads using best-of-breed time series analytics database technologies
