ACTIQO exists because the activity isn’t what overwhelms families - it’s everything around it. Parents spend countless hours coordinating schedules, transportation, handoffs, communication, preparation, and decisions across sports, lessons, school activities, and recurring commitments. Most families manage this through a patchwork of texts, calendars, spreadsheets, and memory. We’re building Family Activity Intelligence: helping families decide what’s worth it and making it easier to follow through. Our goal is to reduce the invisible coordination burden that surrounds kids’ activities while giving families better visibility into the time, cost, energy, and effort participation requires. The activity may last an hour. The coordination lasts all week.
