About KRAXYS
KRAXYS Global is a pre-incorporation technology and consulting venture building AI-powered and software solutions around specific business problems.
We do not want our sales team cold-selling a vague promise such as “we provide AI solutions.”
Our process works differently.
Researchers identify a real problem inside a target company.
Developers build a focused MVP around that problem.
Sales takes the working solution to the people who actually experience or own that problem.
We are now building the first Growth & Sales team for KRAXYS Founding Contributor Cohort 01.
The Role
Your job is to turn strong research and working products into conversations with potential customers.
You will receive approved target intelligence, decision-maker hypotheses, a working MVP and supporting documentation.
Your job is to determine how to reach the right person, communicate why the solution matters, create curiosity, run thoughtful outreach and help move qualified opportunities toward a commercial conversation.
This is not mass-spam sales.
Sending 2,000 meaningless emails is not success.
Starting one serious conversation with the right buyer can be.
What you'll do
- Review completed KRAXYS opportunity briefs and MVPs.
- Understand the problem well enough to explain it simply.
- Identify the most appropriate decision-makers.
- Develop personalised outreach through email, LinkedIn and other appropriate professional channels.
- Run initial conversations and qualification.
- Demonstrate approved MVPs.
- Understand objections and feed them back into Research and Development.
- Maintain accurate outreach and opportunity records.
- Work with the founders during pricing, proposal and closing stages.
Contributors will not independently sign contracts, alter approved pricing, make legal commitments or promise functionality that has not been approved.
Final commercial agreements are handled by the founders.
Compensation
This is currently a performance-based role with no guaranteed base salary or stipend.
For successfully converted client projects attributed to your sales work, 21% of net collected project revenue is allocated to the Sales Success Pool.
Where one sales contributor owns the successful opportunity, that contributor receives the relevant sales allocation.
Where multiple contributors materially contribute to the same conversion, the pool is divided according to predefined attribution rules.
Payment is triggered by client revenue actually received, not merely by booking a meeting, obtaining verbal interest, or receiving a signed proposal.
This compensation is revenue share, not equity or partnership ownership.
There is no artificial earnings cap imposed on successful project attribution.
What you'll get
You will work directly with the founders and learn through actual execution:
- B2B prospecting;
- personalised cold outreach;
- identifying decision-makers;
- selling technical solutions;
- discovery conversations;
- objection handling;
- software demonstrations;
- consulting sales;
- commercial thinking;
- the relationship between product, positioning and revenue.
You will also have the advantage of selling something far more concrete than a generic agency pitch: in many cases, a working MVP designed around the target company's own publicly observable problem.
Strong active contributors will be among the first candidates considered for formal KRAXYS internship roles following incorporation. Any future internship or employment relationship will require a separate offer and is not guaranteed.
Who we're looking for
You do not need previous enterprise-sales experience.
You do need:
- strong written and spoken communication;
- confidence initiating conversations;
- persistence without becoming spammy;
- curiosity about businesses and technology;
- comfort with rejection;
- the ability to understand a technical product well enough to explain its commercial value;
- good judgement.
Experience with any of the following is useful but not required:
- B2B sales;
- cold email;
- LinkedIn outreach;
- consulting;
- SaaS;
- lead generation;
- copywriting;
- founder-led sales.
Applicants must be 18 or older.
Working model
Remote, non-exclusive and project-based.
There are no fixed hours.
Sales contributors may claim sales-ready opportunities and work them within the attribution and outreach rules of the KRAXYS platform.
The focus is outcomes and professional conduct, not attendance.
Selection
Shortlisted applicants will receive a sample KRAXYS MVP and target company and will be asked to explain how they would approach the prospect.
This will use a simulation/example opportunity rather than unpaid selling for a live KRAXYS client.
If you like understanding people, communicating difficult ideas simply and turning good products into real conversations, we would like to hear from you.
