About KRAXYS

KRAXYS Global is a pre-incorporation technology and consulting venture building practical AI and software solutions around real business problems.

Our model starts before development.

We research companies, identify evidence-backed operational problems, determine whether software can genuinely solve them, build focused MVPs around the strongest opportunities, and take those solutions directly to potential customers.

We are now building our first contributor team: KRAXYS Founding Contributor Cohort 01.

This is not a conventional internship or salaried position.

It is a project-based opportunity for people who want to experience the zero-to-one stage of building a company and work directly with the founders.

The Role

As a Founding Market Research Contributor, your job is not to create lists of random companies.

Your job is to find problems worth solving.

You will research companies, their operations, hiring activity, technology stack, public documentation and business context to identify situations where a focused software or AI solution could create meaningful value.

Strong research may eventually become an actual KRAXYS project.

What you'll do

• Research companies and identify evidence-backed operational or business pain points.
• Use sources such as company websites, job descriptions, public reports, professional profiles and industry material.
• Determine whether a problem is genuinely suited to software or AI rather than forcing technology into it.
• Identify the likely internal owner or decision-maker for the problem.
• Analyse whether the company could simply build the solution internally.
• Create concise target briefs for founder review.
• Work with developers to clarify the business problem behind approved opportunities.
• Improve research methodology based on feedback from actual outreach and sales results.

We value quality over volume.

Finding five unusually good opportunities is more valuable to us than producing a spreadsheet of 500 companies.

Compensation

This role does not currently include a guaranteed salary or stipend.

For client projects originating from an accepted research opportunity, 12% of net collected project revenue is allocated to the Research Success Pool.

If one researcher is solely attributed to the accepted opportunity, that researcher receives the relevant research allocation.

If multiple contributors share meaningful attribution, the pool is divided according to predefined attribution rules agreed before payout.

Compensation is triggered by client revenue actually received, not simply by submitting a target, obtaining a reply, or sending an invoice.

This is revenue share, not equity or partnership ownership.

What you'll get

You will work directly with the founders and receive practical guidance in:

• market and company research;
• problem identification;
• commercial reasoning;
• technology consulting;
• evaluating AI/software opportunities;
• identifying buyers and decision-makers;
• turning research into actionable product opportunities.

The strongest active contributors will also be among the first candidates considered for formal KRAXYS internships once the venture is incorporated. Any future internship will be offered separately and is not guaranteed by participation in this program.

Who we're looking for

You do not need a prestigious résumé.

You should have:

• strong curiosity;
• the ability to research deeply rather than superficially;
• clear written communication;
• sound reasoning;
• comfort working independently;
• willingness to have your assumptions challenged;
• an interest in business, technology, startups, consulting or economics.

Students and early-career applicants are welcome.

Applicants must be 18 or older.

Working model

This is a remote, non-exclusive, project-based contributor role.

There are no fixed working hours. Contributors decide whether to claim available work and are evaluated on the quality of their output rather than attendance.

Founder mentorship and review sessions will be available throughout the cohort.

Selection

Shortlisted applicants will complete a small research exercise using a sample company.

The exercise is designed only for evaluation and will not involve producing unpaid research for an active KRAXYS client opportunity.
