Founding AI & Software Development Contributor — Cohort 01

About KRAXYS
KRAXYS Global is a pre-incorporation technology and consulting venture building focused software and AI solutions around real business problems.
Our workflow is intentionally different from a traditional software company.
Researchers identify a specific problem inside a real company. We evaluate whether it is commercially worth solving. Developers then turn the strongest opportunities into focused working MVPs that demonstrate what a better workflow could look like.
Those MVPs are then taken directly to prospective customers.
We are now selecting the first developers for KRAXYS Founding Contributor Cohort 01.
The Role
You will take approved business problems and turn them into small, convincing, working products.
The goal is not to spend three months building a perfect SaaS platform.
The goal is to understand the essential workflow, remove unnecessary complexity, and build enough of the right thing that a potential customer can immediately understand its value.
We actively encourage modern AI-assisted development.
Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot or whatever helps you move faster.
But speed is not an excuse for code you cannot understand.
You should be capable of reasoning about what you ship, debugging it, changing it and explaining it.
What you'll do
- Claim approved KRAXYS opportunity briefs.
- Understand the business problem before writing code.
- Decide the smallest MVP capable of demonstrating the proposed solution.
- Build web applications, automation workflows, AI tools, dashboards or internal-tool prototypes depending on the opportunity.
- Work primarily with synthetic, anonymised or public data during MVP development.
- Integrate APIs and LLMs where they genuinely improve the workflow.
- Deploy working demonstrations.
- Document architecture, assumptions, limitations and setup.
- Respond to founder feedback and improve the MVP before it moves to Sales.
- Occasionally support a sales conversation when technical explanation is valuable.
Compensation
This role does not currently include a guaranteed salary or stipend.
For successfully converted client projects, 27% of net collected project revenue is allocated to the Development Success Pool.
Where one developer is solely responsible for the accepted project build, that developer receives the relevant development allocation.
Where multiple developers materially contribute, the 27% pool is divided using attribution agreed for that project.
Payment is contingent on client revenue actually being received by KRAXYS.
Building an MVP alone does not guarantee payment if the opportunity does not convert into revenue.
This compensation is revenue share, not equity or partnership ownership.
What you'll get
You will work closely with the founders on:
- AI-assisted software development;
- product scoping;
- MVP architecture;
- translating business problems into software;
- LLM and automation use cases;
- deployment and technical decision-making;
- understanding how software is actually positioned and sold.
You'll also see what happens to your build after development: what prospects respond to, what they reject, what they request and what they are actually willing to pay for.
That feedback loop is difficult to get from conventional student projects.
Strong active contributors will be among the first candidates considered for formal KRAXYS internship positions following incorporation. Future employment or internship positions will require a separate offer and are not guaranteed.
What we're looking for
We care much more about ability to build than credentials.
You should be comfortable with at least some of:
- JavaScript / TypeScript;
- React / Next.js;
- Python or Node.js;
- REST APIs;
- databases;
- Git and GitHub;
- deploying applications;
- modern LLM APIs and AI development tools.
Useful but not mandatory:
- Supabase / Firebase;
- Vercel / Render / Railway;
- automation platforms;
- RAG / agent workflows;
- data processing;
- authentication;
- API integrations.
You do not need to know everything listed above.
We care about whether you can learn quickly and ship intelligently.
Applicants must be 18 or older.
Working model
Remote, flexible and project-based.
There are no fixed working hours or attendance requirements.
Developers choose whether to claim available opportunities. Once a project is claimed, however, we expect clear communication and serious ownership of the agreed deliverable.
Projects that remain inactive may be released for another contributor to claim.
Selection
Shortlisted developers will complete a small technical exercise built around a synthetic problem.
We will not use candidate assessment work as unpaid production work for an active client.
A perfect résumé will not get you selected.
A small thing you built and can explain probably will.
If you enjoy turning ambiguous problems into working software and want to experience the full path from idea → MVP → prospect → customer, we would like to hear from you.
