Acuver Consulting is looking for a highly energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist between 0-1 years
relevant work experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Write and post technical job descriptions
● Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter /IT
Recruiter
● Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
● Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
● Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
● Coordinate with Hiring Manager to forecast department goals and hiring needs
● Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive
candidates
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
● Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean
search)
