Role Description:
We are looking to hire our first Talent Acquisition ninja, who will help build the A team. Expect working closely with the founders and working with high degree of freedom and accountability. Key responsibilities will include

• Defining recruitment process and key metrics
• Identify the most relevant candidates for the open roles through direct and iindirect sourcing
• Building recruitment pipeline, interview candidates and create a pool of ready candidates
• Engage with potential candidates to evangelise the company
• Assess fit with team and company values
• Opportunity to grow into a broad based HR role

Requirements:

• Previous experience in talent acquisition is preferred
