We are looking for a reliable Manager of Quality Assurance to ensure that all external and
internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for
inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
An excellent Quality Assurance Manager has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control.
The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the
continuation of a business life cycle.
The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success
of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert end-to-end user scenarios to test cases
Execute test cases with high precision and detail, diligently checking each step and
documenting differences
Perform Functional end to end testing, Regression testing and Database testing
(SQL)
Defect management using tools such as HP Quality Center ALM or Redmine
Ensure best practices are followed in our Automation test suites
Prepare status report and Test summary report at the end of release
Skills Required:
Basic Computer Skills
Strong Written and Verbal English Language Skills
A personality that is detail-oriented and committed to high quality work
2+ years in Banking Domain QA experience: Test cases automation and
documentation
Experience in Waterfall and Agile Testing methodolies
Hands-on experience in working with automation tools such as Protractor,
Selenium TestComplete, QTP, Appium and JMeter
Strong expertise in testing JAVA and Python applications
Nice to have:
ISTQB certification
Technical experience with scripting languages and HTML
Experience in transforming use cases into performance scripts using industry
standard tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
