Key Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and scripts, and execute software functional, integration, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Prepare testing documentation, including requirement specifications, user acceptance testing, and traceability matrix documents.
• Attend daily stand-ups, software review meetings, and user meetings to document user requirements in the issue tracking system.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Prepare training documents, conduct user training, and perform software demonstrations.
• Provide recommendations to improve the functionality and usability of applications.
• Assist in writing and editing project manager-mandated deliverables.
• Who We're Looking For: You're a perfect fit if you're dedicated to:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and technical writing for IT documents. At least one year of on-the-job experience with SQL.

Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Agile and/or Scrum.
Skills: Strong time management, multitasking skills, and attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Competence: Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Technical Aptitude: Capable of quickly grasping complex technical concepts and making them easily understandable.

Testing Focus: Proficiency in manual testing, exploratory testing, and regression testing.
Experience with automated testing is a plus but not required.

Collaboration: Experience in researching and writing documentation for senior system administrators, business analysts, and developers.
