*Your role as a Customer Care Associate:

Our Customer Success team at Loxo is the face of our company and is responsible for partnering with our valued customers to help them successfully implement and learn our product, troubleshoot customer problems, and collaborate with the Customer Success team. We are looking for a Customer Care Associate who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-performing environment. We're also looking for a customer-centric team member who is empathic and relationship-driven. This position is a unique opportunity to be a critical team member at a high-growth tech start-up. We operate with a team-first ethos and a maniacal focus on customer satisfaction and success.
*What you will be doing:

- Work closely with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and recommend best practices of varying complexity via email, live chat, phone, and video conferences.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner while providing world-class care to strengthen retention and loyalty.
- Become a subject matter expert in all things recruiting and hiring in order to help improve our customer's processes.
- Improve and maintain online help resources; publish help articles, create how-to videos, and make sure resources are accurate and up to date.
- Work cross-functionality with the Product & Engineering team’s to share customer requests and troubleshooting tickets to improve the customer experience.
