NOIZ is seeking an Influencer Relations Manager to play an important role on our marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative, a superior communicator, relationship builder, detail oriented, and passionate about influencer marketing. NOIZ is a group of esports and video game industry veterans. We’ve worked on projects like Major League Gaming, IGN, ESL, Fnatic, SK-Gaming, and more. We’ve also helped build cool stuff like websites for Marvel, several indie games, an analytics app for esports, etc. Our platform helps connect two mutually beneficial groups: game developers and content creators.
Responsibilities
Build influencer relationships; establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication
Build influencer outreach lists, research influencer, namely streamers and content creators demographics and perform outreach and negotations.
Execute and manage influencer activations including, but not limited to sponsored content, partnership programs, brand endorsements and digital social promotions
Understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations
Manage both micro and macro influencer campaigns, including contract negotiations, strategy briefing, and content creation approvals
Maintain a consistent understanding and competence of influencer prospecting best practices
Maintain the exceptional standard of all campaign engagement including ethical considerations
Consistently develop innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
Managing the database to ensure on-going accuracy of data across all campaigns
Overseeing influencer event and activation planning, execution and performance
Qualifications
1+ years experience with social media campaigns, gaming, or influencer based marketing
Attention to detail
Comfortable with data entry and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
Exceptional organizational skills
Professional communication skills
Excellent grammar
Works well under pressure. Some responsibilities may be time-sensitive and under tight deadlines
