The Role
As the Health Strategy Manager you will be a strategic partner to our rapidly growing business. Your work will be instrumental in constructing and delivering health solutions to our members. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, creative in driving business value and capable of operating with a high comfortability in an ambiguous environment.
What this role is responsible for:
* Lead high-impact health initiatives that represent step changes in League’s business and value
* Work with a world-class team to deliver high impact health solutions to our members and clients across North America
* Work cross-functionally to identify, launch, and lead projects related to new product offerings, complex solutions for members and employers
* Act with a general manager mindset, evaluating the success of key initiatives and making the key decisions to drive growth
* Support League’s ongoing strategic planning process including competitive analysis, financial analysis, and preparing for quarterly leadership team meetings
What we are hoping to see in your skillset
* 5+ total years in a high-performance health strategy consulting company ideally, within the strategy function in a high-growth healthcare or technology company
* A builder; you have an entrepreneurial spirit, turning ideas into reality
* Self-motivated; you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work independently even when the path isn’t clear
* A creative problem-solver; you have an organized, analytical mind and can overcome challenges, in a thoughtful and meaningful way
* A leader; you have the ability to lead across an organization even without formal responsibility or direct reports
* A committed team player; you understand that in order to build something special, we need to make each other better
* Have been a leader of complex projects, initiatives, and teams
* Healthcare experience is a must; SaaS, entrepreneurial, insurance experience would be a bonus
* An advocate; you have passion for League’s mission to drive innovation and transform healthcare
