The Role
We are currently hiring for smart and talented Pre Sales candidates with good convincing approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Processing new sales leads - need to understand our services and reach out
to clients via cold calling.
- Creating a pipeline for reaching out to new leads and managing existing
leads.
- Handling / Responding to sales queries via phone, e- mail and chat.
- Must be able to strategize and create a sales pipelines and progress all
inquiries into sales reports.
- Should be able to analyse reports and presenting it to the sales team.
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
- Pre- sales follow up.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling diaries.
Skills Required:
- Graduate in any stream
- Must possess good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Should be independent, convincing and outgoing.
- Good knowledge of MS- Excel.
- Long- term relationship- building skills.
- Knowledge and interest in Digital Media/Marketing.
