Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer & Architect with full-stack software development experience to lead the development and architecture of our web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a scalable and high-performance application that connects advertisers with influencers, integrating with major social media and platform tools to enhance functionality and user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture: Design and architect scalable, high-performance web and mobile-first applications using React, ensuring a seamless and dynamic user experience.Full-Stack Development: Develop both frontend and backend components, working with modern web technologies, databases, and server-side frameworks.Integration Management: Develop and support integrations with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads) and platform tools (Hubspot for CRM, LogRocket for data analytics, AWS for cloud hosting).Custom Content: Implement features and functionalities that support custom content creation and management, enhancing the interaction between advertisers and influencers.Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices in software development.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Innovation & Problem Solving: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and address complex technical challenges.Required QualificationsReact Expertise: Extensive experience (6+ years) in developing and architecting React applications, with a strong understanding of React hooks, state management, and component design.Full-Stack Skills: Proven experience with both frontend and backend development, including knowledge of server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, technologies such as AWS CDK, Terraform, AppSync, and DynamoDB), databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and API design.Integration Experience: Proven experience with integrating third-party APIs and services, including social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads) and platforms like Hubspot, LogRocket, and AWS.Mobile-First Design: Experience in building mobile-first and responsive web applications, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in software development.Performance Tuning: Strong skills in optimizing application performance, including techniques for improving load times and scalability.Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.Desired SkillsReact.js Expertise: In-depth knowledge of React.js, including modern features and best practices.Backend Technologies: Experience with backend frameworks and technologies, such as Node.js, technologies such as AWS CDK, Terraform, AppSync, and DynamoDB, or similar, and understanding of server-side rendering (SSR).Database Management: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, querying, and optimization.Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Innovation Mindset: A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and applying this knowledge to drive platform innovation.#DICE
