About the Role

We are looking for experienced Senior and Staff Software Engineers who can take ownership of complex technical projects, design scalable systems, and contribute to architectural decisions.

This role is ideal for engineers who combine strong hands-on development skills with technical leadership experience. We value candidates who can work independently, communicate clearly with international teams, and deliver high-quality production software.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Lead system architecture and make critical technical decisions.
• Build and maintain reliable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of technical projects from design through deployment.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, or Java.
• Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• C1/C2 English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.

Candidates are not expected to have experience with every technology listed. Strong expertise in their primary stack and a solid understanding of software architecture are more important.
