Inventory Lead

About the role
All devices, SD cards, chargers, and cables at the Bengaluru hub - incoming, outgoing, and returned.
Everything we ship passes through the hub, and filled SD cards come back to it for ingest. You keep the
records matching the shelf, ship the right items, and account for every card that returns.
What you will do
• Keep a live ledger by status: available, allocated, dispatched, with vendor, returned, faulty, lost.
Devices by serial number; cards by packet.
• Pick, pack, and label approved requests the same day.
• Count returned cards against dispatch records, log them by vendor, hand them to ingest, and flag
gaps.
• Receive incoming stock and check it against packing lists.
• Run daily spot counts and a weekly full reconciliation.
• Separate faulty cards and devices for repair or replacement.
• Keep the hub secure (access control, entry/exit register, locked card storage) and raise reorders
before stock runs short.
Your first 3 weeks
• Week 1: a physical count that matches the ledger.
• Week 2: same-day dispatch and a weekly reconciliation with no unexplained gaps.
• Week 3: every returned card traced to its vendor and handed to ingest.
What you will bring
• Has run a stockroom, warehouse, or asset store with item-level tracking.
• Has done physical counts and resolved mismatches.
• Comfortable with inventory software or spreadsheets; hands-on with packing and counting.
• Fluent in English and Hindi or Kannada.
High agency, attention to detail, clear communication, creative problem-solving.
Preferred experience
Serialised electronics; returns and repair handling; tools like Zoho Inventory or Unicommerce.
