The Opportunity

We are seeking a Python Software Engineer to join one of our delivery teams working on AI-enabled solutions within a large enterprise environment. In this role, you will play a key part in building scalable applications, cloud-native services, and APIs that power data-driven and AI-based products.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services using Python
Build backend systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions supporting AI-driven products
Develop full-stack applications, including modern user interfaces using React or Angular
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to operationalize AI models
Contribute to data-intensive solutions supporting analytics and machine learning initiatives
Ensure systems are secure, reliable, observable, and scalable
Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design
Mentor and support other developers within Agile teams

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong expertise in Python development and software design principles
Proven experience building backend services, APIs, and distributed systems
Experience delivering full-stack applications in cloud environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Core Skills Required

Python (advanced proficiency)
Backend development: APIs, microservices, distributed systems
Frontend frameworks: React or Angular
Cloud platforms: AWS or equivalent
DevOps and automation: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Testing frameworks and automated testing practices
Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices

Vos responsabilités

Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications et services évolutifs en Python
Développer des systèmes backend, APIs, microservices et solutions cloud supportant des produits basés sur l'IA
Contribuer au développement d'applications full stack, incluant des interfaces modernes en React ou Angular
Collaborer avec des scientifiques de données et des ingénieurs de données pour opérationnaliser les modèles d'IA
Participer au développement de solutions orientées données pour l'analytique et le machine learning
Assurer la sécurité, la fiabilité, l'observabilité et la performance des systèmes
Mettre en place des tests automatisés, des pipelines CI/CD et de l'Infrastructure as Code
Participer aux discussions d'architecture et à la conception des solutions
Encadrer et accompagner d'autres développeurs au sein d'équipes Agile

Ce que vous apportez

Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel
Excellente maîtrise de Python et des principes de conception logicielle
Expérience démontrée en développement de services backend, APIs et systèmes distribués
Expérience en développement full stack dans des environnements cloud
Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à traduire les besoins d'affaires en solutions techniques
Expérience de travail en mode Agile avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
