  • Recruit, retain, develop, and recognize talent while fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance feedback to strengthen individual capabilities and overall team effectiveness.
  • Partner with site and business leaders to understand priorities, anticipate changing needs, and align resources to deliver business value.
  • Build a strong understanding of the site's products, customers, requirements, and manufacturing operations.
  • Serve as a primary sponsor for Operational Discipline within the area.
  • Apply engineering principles and structured problem-solving approaches to address both routine and complex manufacturing challenges.
  • Use business knowledge and cost-modeling tools to evaluate opportunities and support sound operational decisions.
  • Use management systems and performance metrics to monitor results and drive accountability against established goals.
  • Connect the team's day-to-day work to the broader purpose of the organization, helping employees understand the importance and impact of what they do.
