Lead Generation Assistant

Yacht Survey Adriatic is looking for a part-time Lead Generation Assistant to help identify and organize potential clients. You’ll research relevant businesses and contacts, maintain accurate records, and support the team’s outreach efforts. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who’s curious, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities
Research prospective clients and organizations using appropriate online sources.
Identify relevant contact details and record them accurately in the company’s CRM or spreadsheet.
Review and update lead records to keep information current and well organized.
Help categorize prospects and prepare lists for outreach.
Support the team with basic outreach preparation and follow-up tracking.
Follow company guidelines for respectful, relevant communications and data handling.
Share observations about lead quality and research findings with colleagues.

Qualifications
Strong research, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
Clear written communication.
Comfortable using spreadsheets and learning CRM tools.
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet agreed deadlines.
No previous lead-generation experience required; coursework, volunteer work, or personal projects are welcome.
Nice to have: Interest in yachting, marine services, or business research.
