WIP (Work-In-Progress) Handler

Do you enjoy keeping work moving and following up until it’s done? Join our Pune team as a WIP Handler. This is a non-voice, email-based role in claims and repair workflow management.

What you’ll do:
✅ Monitor WIP dashboards and outstanding claim actions
✅ Chase contractors by email for appointments, reports and updates
✅ Record contractor responses accurately and escalate overdue items
✅ Update claim records, notes and history, and complete claim closures
✅ Manage shared inboxes, workflow queues and ageing actions
✅ Complete tasks within SLA

What we’re looking for:
🔹 Strong organisational and multitasking skills
🔹 Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
🔹 Good written communication (email handling)
🔹 Experience with queue or workflow management
🔹 Process-driven approach

Good to have:
⭐ Insurance operations or claims administration experience
⭐ Repairs or contractor management exposure
⭐ Shared service centre or back-office background
⭐ Familiarity with Excel, Power BI and MS Dynamics
