About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Platform Lead / Technical Architect to own the architecture, development, scalability, DevOps, QA, and technical direction of our AI Video Analytics platform.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineering professional who has built and scaled production-grade software platforms and can independently handle system architecture, full-stack engineering, cloud deployments, CI/CD, technical troubleshooting, and engineering team leadership.

This is not a people-management-only role. We need a strong technical leader who can design, develop, review architecture, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own overall platform architecture, system design, and technical roadmap.

Design scalable microservices, REST APIs, databases, and integration frameworks.

Lead frontend and backend development using ReactJS / AngularJS, JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.

Build scalable and modular platforms supporting multiple AI/Computer Vision applications.

Drive Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployment, and CI/CD architecture.

Establish development, staging, production, testing, and release processes.

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design reviews.

Improve platform performance, security, scalability, reliability, and uptime.

Implement monitoring and logging using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.

Lead and mentor Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams.

Drive engineering best practices, code quality, documentation, and technical standards.

Reduce technical debt and resolve recurring production issues.

Work with Computer Vision teams for AI/CV Bot integration, APIs, inference services, and real-time data processing.

Support delivery teams in resolving complex platform and integration issues.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Strong Full-Stack Architecture & System Design experience

Python, Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript

ReactJS / AngularJS or strong modern frontend architecture experience

Microservices & Distributed Systems

REST APIs & API Integration

Docker & Kubernetes

CI/CD & Git

Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Databases such as MongoDB / ElasticDB

Automated Testing, API Testing & Integration Testing

Monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK

Authentication, Authorization & API Security

Strong production troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Engineering team leadership and mentoring experience

Required Experience

8–12 years of software engineering experience

Minimum 3 years as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Platform Lead, or Technical Architect

Proven experience designing, building, and scaling production software platforms

Strong hands-on experience with Full-Stack Architecture, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD

Experience managing or leading Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and QA functions

Strong system design, troubleshooting, and architectural decision-making skills

Experience building and mentoring engineering teams

BE/BTech or equivalent relevant technical experience

Good to Have

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

AI Video Analytics, Computer Vision, IoT, CCTV/VMS Integration, SaaS Platforms, Real-Time Data Processing, WebSockets, or Enterprise Software Products.
