*What You’ll Own *
End-to-end booking and reservation operations
B2C customer support and escalations
B2B travel agent onboarding and support
Supplier coordination and booking confirmations
Cancellations, refunds, and payment coordination
Creating SOPs, processes, and daily operational reports
Identifying operational challenges and building systems to prevent recurring issues
Working closely with Finance, Tech, and Management to improve operational efficiency
*What We’re Looking For *
2–3+ years of experience in travel operations, OTA, travel agency or DMC
Strong experience in reservations, supplier coordination, and customer support
Experience supporting B2B travel agents is a big plus
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
