About the job

Most people wait to be told what to do. You’ve never been ‘most people’.

Not because someone handed you a playbook. Because you figured it out, shipped it, and moved on.

You’re good at either product or growth - maybe both. You think in systems but don’t mind getting your hands dirty. You’ve probably operated with some autonomy before, but never quite had the surface area you wanted.

You’re not looking for a “high-visibility role.” You’re looking for a place where the work is real, the stakes are real, and you can actually see what you built.

If that’s you, keep reading.

What this role actually is
It’s the role you take when you want to understand how a company is built - from the inside, in real time, with real accountability, and you’re willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen.

You’ll work directly with the founders of LearnTube, Gargi and Shronit, and sit at the intersection of product, growth, and execution. Some weeks you’ll be deep in funnel analysis & user calls. Others you’ll be running a product sprint or figuring out a new GTM motion from scratch. Occasionally, you’ll do something that isn’t glamorous but matters. You’ll do it well anyway.

The north star: make the founders faster and the company stronger. Not by managing up, but by taking real things off the plate and owning them end to end.

Real work you’d likely own

We won’t pretend to know exactly what your first six months will look like. This is a startup. But here’s the kind of work on the table right now:

  • We have 3.5M+ learners across 64 countries but our LTV and retention levers are still being figured out. If you’re growth-minded, this is yours to crack.
  • We’re launching new product surfaces. Someone needs to think through positioning, user journeys and what “good” looks like before a single line of code is written.
  • We run experiments constantly. Someone needs to own the thinking behind them — hypothesis, design, measurement, and what we actually learn.
  • We have investor and partner conversations happening at a pace that requires clear thinking, good communication, and fast turnaround. That someone could be you.

The honest part
The learning curve here is steep. On purpose.
You won’t have a manager who scopes work for you. You won’t have a team to delegate to on day one. You will sometimes be handed a problem with no brief, no precedent, and a short deadline.

That’s not a bug. That’s what makes this role compound faster than anything else you could do at this stage of your career.

If you need structure to do your best work, this isn’t the right fit. If ambiguity energizes you, it will.

You’re the person if

  • You have a strong point of view on product or growth - and the instincts to back it up with action, but also frameworks
  • You’ve operated independently before in the areas of product, content or marketing and didn’t need hand-holding to figure out what mattered
  • You write clearly, think clearly, and can synthesize a complex situation into a decision someone can act on
  • You’re genuinely curious about how companies scale and want to be in the room where it happens
  • You can hold a strategic conversation in the morning and debug a spreadsheet in the afternoon without feeling like either is beneath you
