NimbleGTM is a RevOps & GTM Engineering consultancy helping B2B companies build, optimize, and scale their revenue operations.

We work with clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, specializing in HubSpot, CRM architecture, workflow automation, and sales and marketing operations.

As part of our team, you'll work directly with founders and senior consultants, gain hands-on experience with modern business technology, and contribute to real client projects from day one.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and curious individuals to join us as RevOps & GTM Engineering Interns. This opportunity is ideal for freshers, recent graduates, and students who want practical experience in CRM systems, business operations, automation, and B2B technology.

You don't need prior experience in RevOps or HubSpot. We value communication, problem-solving, structured thinking, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with HubSpot CRM implementation, configuration, and optimization.

Support workflow automation, integrations, and reporting projects.

Learn and work with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Smartlead, Make, n8n, and AI-powered workflows.

Help build and improve sales workflows, outbound infrastructure, and operational systems.

Support live B2B client projects alongside experienced consultants.

Prepare and contribute to client-facing deliverables.

Identify operational challenges and help develop practical solutions.

Gradually take ownership of assigned projects and client accounts as your skills develop.

Mandatory Requirements

A personal laptop capable of running modern web applications.

A reliable high-speed internet connection.

Availability to work full-time for the entire three-month internship.

Willingness to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team.

Stipend and Career Opportunities

Internship stipend: ₹10,000 per month.

Duration: 3 months.

Full-time opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time RevOps & GTM Engineering position after completing the internship.

Potential full-time compensation: ₹20,000–₹28,000 per month, depending on demonstrated skills, performance, and ownership of client work.

The full-time opportunity is performance-based and is not guaranteed.
