NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER — THE ONLY FIX

Location: The Epicentre, Chembur, Mumbai
Employment: Full-time / Work from office
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm
Experience: 2–4 years
Joining: November 2026
Compensation: CTC + ESOPs — An early-team role. A stake in what we build.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Help build the next generation of products at The Only Fix. Work directly with the founders and own skincare product development from consumer problem and product concept to formulation, testing, packaging and commercial production.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Research & Product Development
Research consumer needs, ingredients, technologies and competitors. Build briefs and drive formulation from first sample to approval.

• Testing & Product Evaluation
Evaluate efficacy, texture, finish and overall experience. Coordinate stability, compatibility, claims, dermatological and other required testing.

• Packaging & Commercialisation
Own formula-pack compatibility, costing and development timelines. Take products through scale-up, production and post-launch improvement.

• Manufacturer Coordination
Coordinate manufacturers and R&D teams across sampling, approvals, timelines and production.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2–4 years, hands-on
Skincare or personal-care NPD experience within a D2C brand, beauty company or cosmetic manufacturer.

• Strong technical understanding
Comfortable with skin biology, ingredients, actives, INCI, pH and formulation fundamentals and product technologies.

• Product judgement & ownership
Strong consumer and sensory judgement, commercial thinking, organised execution and confidence working with R&D and manufacturing partners.

This role owns product development from concept to commercialisation. You'll work closely with R&D, manufacturing, testing and packaging partners to bring products to market.
