About the job
Product moves fast at LearnTube. As a Product Intern, you'll sit in that loop from day one, working the full arc from "why are users dropping off here" to "did the fix actually move the number." You'll also help stand up the voice-AI layer that scales that loop: interviews that turn into agent skills, and product context the bot can actually use.
What You'll Do
- Talk to users, constantly - Run and synthesize user interviews, support tickets, and app-store reviews into problems worth solving, not just a list of complaints.
- Ship, don't just plan - Work alongside design and engineering to take a feature from Figma to prod in LearnTube's weekly ship-room rhythm.
- Own a metric - Pick up a slice of the funnel or engagement loop, instrument it, and report on what's actually moving the number.
- Run experiments - Design and analyze A/B tests and feature rollouts, know the difference between a result and noise.
- Test a voice-AI interviewer - Sit on live calls (turn-taking, Hinglish, barge-in), write the eval rubric, score calls against it, run model/vendor bake-offs, and help ship or kill the concept on evidence, not demo vibes.
- Build the context layer - Own the product brief the interviewer agent may use, and test how to feed it in (pinned markdown, RAG, per-study pack) so answers stay grounded in it.
- Turn research into agent skills - Convert guides, probes, and guardrails into skills the interviewer agent can load: prompts, tools, and "when to shut up".
- Learn fast - Stay sharp on evolving AI/ML trends and applied ML and LLM techniques.
You'd be a good fit if you are someone:
- Genuinely curious about how products get built, backed by something you've shipped or built before, even scrappy: a side project, a campus initiative, a freelance gig.
- Have sharp, structured thinking - you can break an ambiguous problem into a plan without being told how.
- Possess exceptional problem-solving skills, first-principles thinking, and strong quantitative/analytical ability.
- Comfortable with data: basic skills to pull your own numbers rather than wait for someone to hand them to you.
- Have builder's bias: you'd rather ship an imperfect v1 and learn from it than perfect a plan no one's tested.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen: understanding the "why" behind features and how technology solves end-user pain points.
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior internship or project experience in product, growth, or a startup environment.
- Exposure to Figma, Notion, Mixpanel/Amplitude, or SQL.
- Interest in AI/ML products specifically, you don't need to build models, but you should be curious how they behave.
- Played with voice agents, RAG, or agentic workflows. A messy personal repo or a hands-on weekend build is enough.
