Operations Associate

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive Operations Associate to support the planning, delivery and optimisation of Dévorer’s operations across the UK.
Operations & Event Delivery

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of activations across the UK.
• Represent Dévorer on-site during activations.
• Coordinate event setup, delivery, breakdown and reporting.
• Manage vendor logistics, staffing, site readiness and operational communications.
• Travel across the UK for site visits and activations. Vendor Management
• Lead vendor onboarding and compliance.
• Maintain vendor relationships and operational standards.
• Manage compliance documentation including insurance, food hygiene and RAMS. Administration & Coordination
• Maintain trackers and operational documentation.
• Coordinate logistics between clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Support process improvements and operational reporting. Health, Safety & Compliance
• Support compliance, audits and risk documentation.
• Ensure vendors meet Company and client requirements. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Experience with workflow tools (Monday.com, Airtable or Notion).
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and resourceful.
• Interest in hospitality, food and technology.
• Willingness to travel.
