About the job
That frustrating moment when you hit “confirm order” and immediately spot a mistake? We’re fixing that.
At Revize, we help shoppers edit their orders after checkout while making those changes easier for merchants to manage. We’re a Shopify Partner whose product is used by growing brands including Knya, AlaMode, Nude Project, and Shelly. We’re a lean, fully remote team of three.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys finding problems, cares about the customer experience, and wants to grow toward product management. Your main job at first will be testing. As you learn the product and our customers, you’ll also help turn customer questions and recurring problems into clear ideas for new features.
Why Join Us
- Your work will matter: You’ll help us catch issues before they affect merchants and shoppers.
- You’ll have room to grow: Start with hands-on QA, then take on more customer and product work as you build context.
- You’ll have ownership: Help shape how we test releases, report issues, and improve quality.
- You’ll work closely with the team: Collaborate directly with the founders and developers in a small, async-first environment.
- You can work remotely: We offer flexible working hours and location.
What You’ll Work On
- Test new features and existing flows across merchant dashboards, customer portals, and Shopify integrations.
- Find bugs and edge cases across browsers and devices.
- Write clear bug reports that explain how to reproduce an issue, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Verify fixes and help us make confident decisions about releases.
- Build useful QA checklists and processes; identify opportunities for test automation as we grow.
- Learn from customer queries and feedback, spot recurring problems, and help turn them into feature proposals and requirements.
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Enjoy exploring how things work and finding what others miss.
- Think about the person using a product, not just whether a test passes.
- Can explain a problem clearly and ask good questions.
- Take initiative and are comfortable figuring things out in a small team.
- Want to build the skills to become a product manager over time.
Skills We’re Looking For
- Experience manually testing web apps, SaaS products, or e-commerce flows.
- Comfort using browser developer tools.
- Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
- SQL knowledge is helpful.
- Bonus: Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Bonus: Experience with API testing or Shopify workflows.
You don’t need to have worked as a Product Manager. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of testing now and is excited to grow into broader product work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: ₹3,50,000–₹5,00,000, based on experience and skills.
- Performance-based bonuses.
- Flexible working hours and location.
Skills We’re Looking For
- Experience manually testing websites or web apps and finding bugs, confusing flows, and edge cases.
- Ability to write clear bug reports with steps to reproduce an issue.
- Comfort using browser developer tools to investigate problems.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Curiosity about customer problems and how a product could solve them.
Nice to have: Experience using AI tools to explore test cases, investigate bugs, or speed up testing; SQL; API testing; test automation with tools such as Playwright or Cypress; or familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce.
How to Apply
Send us a 2–3 minute video introducing yourself and telling us about a problem you found interesting. It can be from a product you’ve used, a project you’ve worked on, or everyday life.
Tell us what caught your attention, how you thought about the problem, and what you would do to solve or improve it. You don’t need to have solved it already.
A simple recording on your phone is fine. No editing or polished presentation needed. We’d like to get a feel for how you think and communicate.
