FullStack JavaScript Developer

We are looking for a Product-Minded Full Stack Engineer who thinks beyond simple CRUD applications. At KoiReader, you won't just be building websites; you will be building the "Control Center" for Industrial AI. You will use Node.js, GraphQL, and React to build real-time dashboards that visualize complex supply chain data and control AI models running on the Edge. We need a builder who loves TypeScript, obsesses over performance, and writes code that scales.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Architect and develop complex, scalable application components. You own the feature from the Database schema to the React component.
• Real-Time Engineering: Build high-performance, event-driven systems using Socket.io and GraphQL. You will ensure that data from our AI models reaches the user interface instantly.
• Framework Evolution: Don't just add features; evolve the platform. Refactor legacy code, build reusable libraries, and introduce new tools to improve developer velocity.
• Database Design: Design efficient schemas for both SQL (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL (Elasticsearch) databases. You understand when to use a Relational DB and when to use a Search Engine.
• Performance Tuning: Analyze and troubleshoot bottlenecks in the Node.js event loop or the React rendering cycle. You write code that is fast by default.
• Security Implementation: Implement robust authentication and authorization workflows using JWT and OAuth2.

Skills & Requirements

• The JS Trinity: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express, and ReactJS.
• Type Safety: Deep experience with TypeScript. You understand why strict typing matters in enterprise applications.
• API Mastery: Experience designing APIs using Apollo GraphQL (preferred) or REST. You know how to stitch data from multiple sources.
• Data Layer: Strong understanding of SQL (Postgres/MySQL) and caching layers like Redis.
• Testing & Quality: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest. You write code that is testable and fault-tolerant.
• Tooling: Familiarity with bundlers (Webpack/Rollup) and version control (Git).

Brownie Points

• DevOps Awareness: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. You aren't afraid to write a Dockerfile.
• Polyglot: Familiarity with Python (since our AI backend is in Python, being able to read it is a huge plus).
• Legacy Tech: Familiarity with template engines like Pug (Jade).
