About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented AI Audio Data Trainers with strong English language skills and familiarity with US, UK, or Australian English. You will help prepare and improve audio datasets used to train and evaluate AI models, with a focus on transcription accuracy, language quality, speaker clarity, and data consistency.

This is a remote, contract-based opportunity for candidates who can work independently, follow detailed guidelines, and deliver high-quality audio data.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe and review English audio recordings with high accuracy.
• Identify and correct transcription errors, punctuation, and language inconsistencies.
• Annotate audio segments, speaker turns, and relevant audio characteristics according to project guidelines.
• Review recordings for clarity, completeness, and annotation quality.
• Identify accents, colloquial expressions, and regional language variations across US, UK, and Australian English.
• Follow data quality standards, confidentiality requirements, and project instructions.
• Meet assigned quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: US, UK, or Australian English.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured annotation and transcription guidelines.
• Reliable internet access and a computer suitable for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in transcription, audio annotation, linguistic data, or AI data training is preferred.
