The Mission
We are looking for a meticulous and high-ownership Finance Analyst to serve as the backbone of our financial operations. Your mission is to provide the data-driven insights and operational discipline that empower SwiffyLabs to make informed decisions. You will not only manage the day-to-day numbers but also establish the processes and policies that will allow us to scale seamlessly across global markets.

*What you'll do *

• Own LMS modules across the loan lifecycle: disbursement, repayment schedules, accruals, collections and closure.
• Design product flows for loan products including LAP, Home Loan, Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan and Co-lending.
• Write clear PRDs, prioritise the backlog and work closely with engineering to ship.
• Work with lenders to understand operational and regulatory needs.

*What we're looking for *

• Hands-on experience building LMS products.
• Good domain knowledge of LAP, Home Loan, Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan and Co-lending.
• A degree from a Tier-1 engineering or management institute.
