The Mission
We are looking for a meticulous and high-ownership Finance Analyst to serve as the backbone of our financial operations. Your mission is to provide the data-driven insights and operational discipline that empower SwiffyLabs to make informed decisions. You will not only manage the day-to-day numbers but also establish the processes and policies that will allow us to scale seamlessly across global markets.

*What you'll do *

• Lead end-to-end rollouts of our lending platform for banks and NBFCs, in India and abroad.
• Gather client requirements, configure products and manage go-live to schedule.
• Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders during implementation.
• Feed field insights back to the product team to improve the platform.

*What we're looking for *

• Proven experience implementing lending solutions for NBFCs or banks.
• Working knowledge of LAP, Home Loan, Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan and Co-lending.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.
