Virtual Appointment Setter — Remote Only, 100% Commission

Jackson Energy & Construction Solutions is hiring Virtual Appointment Setters for our solar sales team. This position is 100% REMOTE — work from anywhere. Overseas applicants are welcome to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call homeowners from lead lists we provide, using our dialer
• Introduce our solar program and book appointments for our sales closers
• Log every call and appointment in our system

REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

• Perfect English: you must speak, read, and write English fluently
• Your own computer
• Perfect, high-speed internet connection
• Noise-cancelling headset
• A quiet space to make calls

PAY — 100% COMMISSION ONLY

• No base salary. No hourly pay. No cap on earnings.
• You earn 10–12% of the total contract value on every deal that closes from appointments you set.
• Part of your commission is paid as soon as the project enters the permitting phase; the balance is paid when the install completes.
• Training is provided. Daily call expectations apply.
