Backend Developer (Claude-powered, Remote)

About ISFY

ISFY (iSellForYou) is a sales company based in Miami. Our phone sales team recovers abandoned carts for US ecommerce brands, and we are building a US sales marketplace for independent sales reps plus our own CRM. We build AI-first: Claude and Claude Code are our main coding tools, and we want a developer who already works this way.

What you will do

• Build and ship backend features for our sales marketplace and CRM using Claude / Claude Code as your main coding tool
• Own code delivery end to end: Git workflow, code review, CI/CD, deploys
• Design and maintain APIs, databases and integrations (payments, telephony, email, CRM tools)
• Keep the systems reliable: logging, monitoring, fixing what breaks
• Work directly with the founder and the product team; ship something every week

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of backend development (Node.js, Python or similar) and SQL databases
• Real projects shipped with Claude / Claude Code or similar AI coding tools. You will show us what you built and how you used the AI
• Solid with Git, CI/CD pipelines and cloud deploys (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Railway or similar)
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Clear English, remote-work discipline, ownership

• $1,500–$2,500 per month depending on experience
