Hiring for a fast-growing AI platforms and services company (confidential client) via Ziro.digital.
Location: Hyderabad (onsite). Open to candidates from anywhere in India who are willing to relocate.
Experience: 0 to 2 years. 2024/2025/2026 graduates welcome (B.Tech/B.E/MCA/M.Sc CS/IT or related).
What you'll do
Build and ship end-to-end AI solutions on agentic AI platforms, work directly with clients, and own work from first commit to production.
Must have
Strong Python plus one more language
Full-stack (front end and back end)
Complex SQL
REST APIs
A working AI app you can demo (RAG, agent or LLM integration)
A GitHub with shipped projects
Good to have
TypeScript, AWS/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes
Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex
LLM evaluation, MLOps
Compensation and terms
6-month paid internship at ₹20,000/month, then ₹7 LPA CTC on conversion.
Relocation to Hyderabad required.
Selection
Ziro assessment (Communication, Technical, AI interview, Coding), then the company's rounds (aptitude, AI screening, project build, in-office hackathon, technical panel, leadership).
