Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive R&D Executive to lead feature validation, workflow analysis, and functional quality assurance for our AI-driven product platform. In this role, you will test all website features across diverse user journeys, map out end-to-end operational workflows, and collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to verify that every capability is executed flawlessly to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Testing: Conduct comprehensive functional, integration, and user-flow testing across all core platform capabilities (authentication, interactive forms, payment flows, search indexing, and real-time analytics dashboards) on multiple browser and device environments.
• Workflow Analysis & Documentation: Deconstruct complex feature workflows, map user paths, and author clear technical documentation, architectural flowcharts, and walkthroughs to guide engineering, product design, and QA teams.
• Quality Verification & Edge Case Validation: Rigorously evaluate new features against functional specifications, validating error handling, edge cases, system limits, and UI/UX consistency prior to production deployment.
• Defect Tracking & Lifecycle Management: Identify, log, and prioritize software defects with reproducible steps, detailed logs, and screenshots; partner directly with developers to track resolutions and perform regression testing.
• Product Innovation & Enhancement: Benchmark product features against industry standards, gather user interaction feedback, and propose high-impact research insights to continuously refine platform usability and performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern web architectures, RESTful APIs, database operations, and browser execution environments.
• Stack Expertise: Familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), modern web frameworks, deployment pipelines, and version control tools (Git).
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to articulate complex technical workflows clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Testing Tools: Experience with API testing tools (Postman), issue tracking software (Jira/GitHub Issues), or web automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• AI & SaaS Interest: Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing technologies, synthetic voiceovers, or browser-based media recording APIs.
