About the Role
SD Innovations Private Limited is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Chennai. You will take residential and commercial interior projects from the first concept to the finished site, working directly with clients, vendors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop design concepts, layouts and space plans from client briefs
• Prepare 2D layouts and detailed working drawings in AutoCAD, including furniture layouts, false ceiling and lighting plans, elevations and joinery details
• Create 3D models and renders using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray or Enscape
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and fittings in line with the design intent and budget
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and internal teams
• Incorporate feedback and keep drawings and documents accurate and up to date
• Support site execution with design clarifications and drawing queries
• Manage assigned projects independently and deliver within agreed timelines

What We Are Looking For
• 2–6 years of experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp; 3ds Max, V-Ray or Enscape is a plus
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, finishes and site execution
• Strong design sense, attention to detail and clear communication
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio matters most
