About Plenaria
Plenaria is a European platform for investing as a group. Every trade starts from a written thesis, goes through independent estimates and a vote under rules the group sets in advance, and each member executes it on their own brokerage account. We never hold client money: Plenaria is the decision layer on top of existing brokers. White paper, 6-year financial model and pitch deck are done; we are raising a €2M pre-seed (closing April 2027) and plan to launch in Italy and the rest of the EU in January 2028.

The role
We are looking for a technical co-founder to build Plenaria from day one:

Design the architecture: mobile and web app, group and voting engine, secure and auditable decision log
Build the MVP and the closed beta, then the product for launch
Lead the integration with a regulated partner broker via API
Own security, data protection and technical compliance
Hire and lead a tech team of about 6 people from 2027

Who we’re looking for

Solid experience in mobile and backend development
Background in fintech, trading, payments or other regulated systems is a big plus
You love building consumer products and want real ownership
Based in Europe, ideally Italy; remote is fine

What we offer

15–25% equity, 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff
Salary from the pre-seed round
