Avyam Labs is a SaaS company building software for healthcare and education. We’re a remote-first team, and our products help hospitals, clinics, and institutions work smarter. As an intern, you’ll work on AI and machine learning features that go into real products, not just practice notebooks.
About the internship
This is a 6-month, unpaid, remote internship for students and early-career learners who want hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning to real problems. You’ll learn how data is prepared, how models are built and evaluated, and how they end up inside a working product, with guidance from experienced team members.
What you’ll do
- Collect, clean, and prepare data for model training
- Build, train, and evaluate basic machine learning models
- Explore data and share findings through simple charts and summaries
- Experiment with AI tools and language model (LLM) based features for healthcare and edtech use cases
- Help turn models into APIs that the product can use
- Document your experiments and results clearly
- Learn how AI features are tested, deployed, and improved over time
