Incubated at MAGIC and TBIF–IIT Ropar, we are building advanced technologies across defence, drones, AI, autonomous systems, and engineering.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful college student to join our Founder’s Office and work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to business strategy, operations, market research, business development, and high-priority strategic projects.

You will work across teams, solve real business problems, and help drive initiatives from planning to execution. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks analytically, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Founder on strategic initiatives, business planning, and special projects.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research.
Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and data-driven analyses.
Assist with business development, partnerships, and stakeholder meetings.
Coordinate with product, engineering, operations, and HR teams.
Support defence exhibitions, product demonstrations, and business engagements.
Track priorities, project deliverables, and follow-ups across teams.
Take ownership of ad hoc business, operational, and strategic projects.
Who We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.
Available for a full-time, on-site internship in Mumbai.
Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, analysis, and productivity.
Strong interest in startups, technology, business strategy, and defence.
Experience in entrepreneurship, student leadership, consulting projects, or extracurricular initiatives is a plus.
